1. Online Product Sales

We have endeavored to present an accurate representation of our products’ colors and images on our website. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of your computer monitor’s display.

We retain the discretionary right to restrict the sales of our products or services to specific individuals, geographical regions, or jurisdictions. This right may be exercised on a case-by-case basis, and we may also limit the quantities of products or services we offer. All descriptions of products and their pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Additionally, we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

2. Order Processing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Should the requested goods not be available, you will be promptly notified via email or WhatsApp. You will have the option to either wait until the item becomes available or cancel your order.

3. Delivery

Under normal circumstances, delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days from the time your order is processed. However, delivery times may be subject to unforeseen circumstances.

Your order will be shipped to the address provided during the checkout process. We are not liable for any delays or damage incurred during shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Shipping Costs

* Express Local Delivery within Singapore: $30.00 (within the same day)
* Normal Local Delivery within Singapore: $5.00 (3-5 working days)
* Overseas Delivery (subject to overseas transit time): Via FedEx or Speed Post. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit, customs delays, taxes, or duties.

5. Customs Fees or Taxes for Your Country

Customs fees or import duties are fully borne by the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping costs. Please verify and comprehend the import duties with your local agent prior to placing an order.

6. Cancellation

No order can be canceled once it has been packed or shipped.
Before being shipped, a cancellation charge will be applied (10% of the total amount for goods purchased). No refund will be issued. The remaining balance can be credited as a gift card for a future purchase. Please contact us during our operating hours via WhatsApp to request a cancellation.

7. Returns

All sales are final, and returns are not accepted. We do not offer refunds for any reason. If a product is found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
